Once your Short Proposal receives a GO, the Full Proposal is your opportunity to convince European evaluators in depth. From 2026, the documentation footprint is reduced — clarity and substance matter more than ever.

Section 01

What changes in 2026

Reduced documentation, a new technology due diligence step, and predictable evaluation in bi-monthly batches. The bar for substance — technical, financial, commercial — is higher, not lower.

Section 02

Structure that scores

Clear innovation thesis, credible TRL trajectory, defensible IP, focused commercialisation plan, realistic work packages and financials, and a team narrative that survives close inspection.

Section 03

The evaluator's perspective

Evaluators score against published criteria. Proposals that explicitly answer each criterion — without burying the answer in adjective-heavy prose — consistently outperform.

Section 04

Choosing the right batch

Pick a batch that matches your true readiness, not the closest one. A two-month difference in maturity routinely changes the outcome.
